A wonderful Antique family locket from the late Victorian era (Circa 1890). The piece is fashioned in 9ct Yellow Gold back and front with beautiful scrolling patterns and Forget me nots engraved on both sides.

Forget me nots carry a long-lasting symbolism of love and remembrance which is why they were popularly featured on lockets containing images of loved ones.

The locket opens up at the centre with room to store two photographs within. A further two compartments open vertically from the back and front as well. In total four photographs can be stored within and kept safe.

The piece is complete with four sets of glass windows fitted with rims. It’s in excellent condition and the perfect place to store those cherished family photos.
